Delicious Vegetables

Summer in a Dish (for two)

 

1 red onion
2 green bell pepper
1 yellow squash
4 plum tomatoes
5 button mushrooms (Clay’s addition)
Cut and toss with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper (pictured above)
Put on skewers and roast over an open flame for 15 minutes
 Brush with a touch of balsamic vinegar and ENJOY!
